- All products are made to order, meaning once an order is placed, it enters the production process immediately. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
- Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printify and its network of printing partners. Production times may vary but typically range from 2-5 business days.
- Scioto Spirit is not responsible for production delays caused by Printify or its printing partners.
Pricing and Payments
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely through our online payment providers. Scioto Spirit does not store payment information.
- Sales tax may be applied based on your location and applicable laws.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Once an order is shipped, Scioto Spirit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should contact the carrier directly.

- Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
